St. Joe County property assessment hitting mailboxes soon

St. Joseph County Assessor's Office

Saint Joseph County property owners will soon know the assessed value of what they own.

The Saint Joseph County Assessor's Office says it has finished its reassessment process and taxpayers will soon get the forms notifying them of their property's assessed value in the mail.

You can also learn your property's value on the county's web site.

Taxpayers have 45 days to file an appeal of their assessed value.
