Blotter: Gloria Cazares of 1922 Cheryl, Goshen, reports receiving a call that she believes is a scam. The caller requested that she
purchase a money card and then call back the given phone number to prevent her Nipsco service from being shut off . Mrs
Cazares is aware of this type of scam and wanted to report the incident. Mrs Cazares also reports seeing unmarked utility
vehicles in the area of her residence that could possibly be involved.
