Blotter: A juvenile female was stopped at 1st and Pike Street, Goshen for a headlight infraction. It was later learned that the
juvenile did not have a license or permit, and was driving a vehicle that she did not have permission to drive. An officers report
was completed, and the juvenile was taken back to her mothers where she was released.
