More Hoosiers are back at work, according to the latest
unemployment numbers.
Indiana Workforce Development says unemployment fell .1% to 8.3%
in September. It is the first decline in the state's rate since April. IWD says
the state also recorded its first increase in the labor force in 7 months,
which they say could be a signal that more Hoosiers are again looking for work.
Locally, every Michiana county and city saw their unemployment
rates decrease.
