Blotter: An off duty Goshen Police Department officer located a credit/debit card in the parking of Target, 3802 Midway Rd.
The owner of the card was contacted. At time of report it is not known if someone other than the card owner used or attempted
to use the card. A report was taken. The card owner made arrangements to pick up the card from Goshen Police Department.

Nature of Call: LEAVING THE SCENE OF INJURY ACCIDENT
Blotter; Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Wilden Avenue and Main Street reference an accident. Before officers
arrived the driver of one (1) of the vehicles left the scene. Driver of the second vehicle, Anita Bautista, reported taht she was
stopped on Wilden and her vehicle was struck from behind. A report was taken. Ms. Bautista and her passenger, Suzane Gashi
were transported by ambulance to IU Health Goshen for treatment of minor injuries.
