being stopped for speeding in the 2400 Blk Berkey Ave.. Mr. Rivera was transported to the Elkhart County Jail.

Blotter: Officers were called to 315 N 9th st in reference to a domestic argument. When officers arrived it was determined a
juvenile had been the caller. It was found that the argument was between Jennifer and Joseph Ankrom. Officers determined that
there was not a battery and the fight was verbal only. A report was taken.
