Investigators with the Saint Joseph County Metro Homicide Unit say they have reason to believe a body found in Chicago may be a Saint Joseph County woman missing since August.
Metro Homicide investigators say the body was found by a utility worker behind a building at 91st and Harper in Chicago around 5:30 Tuesday evening. The body was under some tires.
Metro Homicide investigators say they have reason to believe the body is that of Trina Winston. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday to try and determine an identity.
Winston's estranged husband, Tarrence Lee, is charged with her murder. According to court documents, witnesses say Lee put her body in a car trunk before driving out of Saint Joseph County and dumping the body.
Lee remains in the Saint Joseph County Jail without bond.
