occurred at 24402 CR 45 on 10/11/2012 between 6:00 am and 2:00 pm. Elsa Castaneda reported
that the unknown suspect broke out her passenger side window to teke the purse.

62226 CR 15 reported that a 10 year old male resident strangled another 13 year old resident. Tana
Parson reported that the indicent occurred around 5:30 pm on 10/22/2012. Tana Parson reported
that there were no signs of injury resulting from the incident.

Blotter: On 10-23-2012 at approximately 1:39pm a bomb threat was received by the Elkhart County
Dispatch Center stating there was a bomb at Concord High School. Elkhart County Sheriff
Department and Concord Fire Personnel responded to the school to investigate. Concord HS was
evacuated and searched. No threat was located and the students were released to leave for the
day. This investigation is on-going by the Elkhart County Sheriff Department.
