the accused Cynthia A Mitchell, 55, 108 S 7th st Goshen, In. the accused was arrested for operating a vehicle while her license
was suspended prior. She was given a citation with a court date of 11-26-12 at 08:00 and released. There was a report done for
the stolen plate.
