Investigators in Berrien County are trying to figure out what caused a shed and grass fire at a property in Niles Township late Monday night.
It happened around 11:15 at 2745 S. 3rd Street. Firefighters say when they arrived on the scene the shed was fully engulfed in flames. Fortunately they were able to get it under control before heavy winds could cause it to spread.
At this time it isn't clear whether the fire started in the shed or in the yard. Fortunately no one was reported injured in the fire.
