Senate candidate Joe Donnelly was in South Bend this morning speaking to voters.
The Democratic candidate spoke to senior citizens at an assisted living facility.
With only a few short days til the election Donnelly says he is looking forward to voters heading to the polls.
"The basics I've always tried to work on in congress, is to make sure our families have a better life, better jobs, that we work together in congress so that we can get things done and make our country stronger that's my only focus, I'll let Richard Mourdock play Washington games I'll stay focused on Indiana," says Donnelly.
Donnelly is in a very close race with republican candidate Richard Mourdock.
