The fun came to a screeching halt at a party in Osceola.
Thirteen people were arrested when excise officers broke up a house party where minors were caught drinking.
It happened in the 10,000 block of Douglas Road early Sunday morning.
Ten minors were arrested, including two 17 year olds who were cited and released to their parents.
Eight other minors ages 18-20 were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol.
Three adults, the homeowner and two residents, were also arrested and charged with maintaining a common nuisance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
