Elkhart police looking for suspect in Bank of America robbery

Elkhart Police are looking for a suspect in a Tuesday afternoon bank robbery.

It happened around 2:30pm at the Bank of America branch on North Main Street in downtown Elkhart.

Police say the man demanded money, then fled on foot after getting some cash.

The suspect is around 5'8" to 5'10". He was wearing an orange cap and a tan work jacket.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Elkhart Police Department.
