Northridge needs help to win $25,000 fitness grant

Northridge High School is looking for your help to win a $25,000 fitness grant.

The Middlebury school is one of five finalists for the Henkel Helps Get Kids Fit Grant. Henkel is the company behind brands like Dial and Purex.

The school created a one minute video to answer the question, "How could $25,000 be used to improve fitness, inspire self-esteem and build teamwork at your school?"

Northridge's answer – they want to buy bikes to use in their physical education classes and other programming.

Voting is already underway and runs through December 7, 2012.
