Some important work is going on right now at South Bend Schools.
As we've been showing you this week... the corporation is in the midst of developing a Strategic Plan.
They're coming up with ideas on how to best increase student achievement in the future.
"It's an open forum for people to speak freely and give their opinions and their ideas to help shape what our future will be like for our corporation," said Teacher's Union President Jason Zook.
"Everybody is involved, absolutely, because everybody is important to supporting improvements in student performance outcomes," said consultant Sharon Cox.
The district is hoping everyone will get involved so they can come up with the BEST ideas to help students achieve more.
