Folks in the South Bend and Mishawaka area have a new choice for 4G phone service. AT&T launched its 4G LTE network in the area Friday morning.
The new service will mean faster speed potential for AT&T customers on smartphones and tablets. That means shorter download times and better quality streaming video.
AT&T isn't the first company to offer 4G service in the Michiana area. Verizon launched their 4G service back in October of 2011.
