The Goshen Salvation Army held its annual sausage and pancake day today.
For 49 years the organization has been cooking sausage and flipping pancakes.
Food was served all day from 6 in the morning to 7 tonight.
For 5 to 6 dollars you could some sausage and pancakes.
All proceeds go to the assistance fund.
We caught up with one volunteer who's been flipping pancakes for at least 35 years.
"We know its a good cause. The Army needs the money and funds," said Elkhart County Exchange Club member Bob Hawkins."They simply service a lot of people."
