Nature of Call: ATTEMPTED Theft From Motor Vehicle
BLOTTER; Shawn E. Rouch of 502 Brookside Manor, reported seeing a subject in the driver's seat of his unlocked van. Shawn
opened the door to go outside and the suspect took off running with two other subjects. Shawn found nothing stolen or damaged.
A check of the area was done and nobody was located.
