Edwardsburg man killed in early Thanksgiving Day car crash

An Edwardsburg man is dead after his car crashed into a tree in Cass County early Thanksgiving morning.

Edwardsburg police say the crash happened shortly before two o'clock in the morning. Caleb Marcin, 29, was driving south on Conrad near May when his vehicle swerved off the road and hit a tree.

Marcin was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, but police do say alcohol was involved.

Edwardsburg Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
