Crews in downtown South Bend will be installing an elevator system inside of the First Bank Building Tuesday. That means Jefferson will see road restrictions between Lafayette and Main Streets.
Crews will begin work at 8:30 Tuesday morning and it will go until 6:30 in the evening.
If you need to get access to the parking lots across the street from the First Bank Building, you will have to enter and exit from the west side. There will be no access from the east side where crews are doing work.
