With thirty-one inch biceps, Moustafa Ismail of Massachusetts, is like a real-life Popeye. His eye-popping biceps and triceps are a result of a punishing workout regime.
Ismail was motivated after a guest at his uncle's wedding mocked his overweight frame in his native Egypt. The twenty- four year old says poultry, seafood and shakes provide the nearly seven pounds of protein he needs every day to nourish his massive muscles.
Ismail says he was surprised by being recognized in the 2013 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records as owner of the largest upper-arm muscles on earth.
"You know, we're going to say it's like a challenge for me to go and buy a shirt from normal store. I have to look for 2 or 3 hours in the store before I buy anything. If I put it in the store it gets ripped."
Unlike the original Popeye, Ismail says he hates spinach, preferring his high protein, high carbohydrate diet.
