Blotter: Carolyn J. Becker, 70 yof, Elkhart, reported finding her son, Todd R Staggs, 50 YOA of , unconscious and not breathing.
Medics advised that he was deceased. The coroner indicated natural causes as the decedent's cause of death. A report was
taken to document the call for service.
