One suspect is in custody after St. Joseph County Police say they found a marijuana grow operation at a home in Osceola.
Lt. Matt Blank told FOX28 News that they were actually going to the home on Superior and Apple to arrest someone they thought was living there. When they arrived Tuesday morning, the occupant told them the person they were looking for had moved out of state.
Lt. Blank says deputies found something else inside the home: Marijuana. The occupant was taken into custody, but has not been formally charged. St. Joseph County Police say they seized 50 marijuana plants and growing equipment from the home.
