Two local colleges are forming a partnership to benefit students.
Holy Cross in South Bend and Ancilla College in Donaldson will now offer a concurrent enrollment program.
Students that enroll at Ancilla, a Catholic two year college, can now continue their education at Holy Cross and apply all credits they have already earned.
Students will also be able to "lock-in" their Holy Cross tuition when they enroll at Ancilla and avoid any tuition increases.
School officials hope the new partnership will stimulate growth and increase enrollment.
"We think that it may, there certainly has already been some movement of students from Ancilla to Holy Cross, we think that the two admissions offices will work together much more closely than in the past and yes we anticipate that we'll get some students that we didn't get in the past," says Ron May, President of Ancilla College.
The concurrent enrollment program will begin at Ancilla College next month.
