Mishawaka head coach Bart Curtis has been named the Dave Land Coach of the Year by the Indiana Football Coaches Association.
Curtis led the Cavemen to a 9-game win streak en route to the Class 4A state championship game. Mishawaka finished runner-up after falling to Cathedral in the title game. The Cavemen had an 11-4 record.
