A tough morning for drivers on the bypass.
Icy road conditions caused Tuesday morning led to multiple accidents involving up to 20 cars.
Elkhart County Police say drivers need to use more caution.
"It appears that in this area people need to be reminded once the weather happens to slow down, be safe, be cautious, we want everyone to make it home safe to their families or to their jobs, safely," says Lieutenant Adamson.
At least one driver suffered injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
