"I still need to get a few presents. I still need to get the Christmas cards out and it would be nice to get some baking done," says Stacy Andrew.
"I gotta figure out what I'm going to have for dinner on Christmas, I have a full family coming over," says Julie Stroupe.
Between the shopping, baking, decorating and attending Christmas events, it can be an overwhelming season and everyone has their stresses.
"We have a big family and kinda 3 big family Christmas parties coming up starting this Sunday. We do have a lot to get done," says Kristin Lawrence.
Maybe you're one of the many who are starting to feel holiday stress.
Hollie Carlson Health Educator at The Woman's Health Center says it's important to get a handle on stress right away.
"One of the biggest ways we can help ease stress is to stick to a timeline," says Carlson.
She's says to make a daily to-do list with manageable tasks. Is money stressing you out?
"This time of year can be financially stressful for a lot of families so when you're talking about holiday shopping and gift giving make sure you set a budget."
Carlson says to take care of your body by eating and sleeping, no matter how busy you feel.
"Once our body gets run down if it's not getting enough nutrition or not getting enough sleep or not getting our exercise then we're going to wear down our immune system which will make us more susceptible to cold and flu."
Which she says is the last thing you want to deal with over the holidays. Folks we talked with have their own tips too.
"Have the kids help with the cards and the house and stuff like that," says Andrew.
"Do Christmas cookies and stuff they like to do and just kind of relax and enjoy those little moments," says Lawrence.
"Don't worry too much about getting it done because you usually always do," says Stroupe.
Another tip? Carlson says exercise! It will help you wind down after a long day of shopping, wrapping, and baking.
