The Fraternal Order of Police South Bend Lodge says they don't see any problems working with any of the three finalists for South Bend's new police chief.
FOP President Steven Noonan says they have had a good relationship with the Mayor and his staff and, after reviewing the candidate biographies, expect to be able to do the same with any of them.
"Many members have expressed to me, as well as to other of our Executive Board Members, their desire for the department to move forward," said President Noonan, "and feel the naming of a permanent chief will be a big step toward bringing that desire to fruition."
