Two people were airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital after crashing into a tree during an early Saturday morning pursuit in Kosciusko County.
Deputies responded to a domestic battery incident early this morning in the Syracuse area.
That's when one deputy saw someone take off in a car nearby.
The deputy tried to pull over the driver, but he wouldn't stop.
The car lost control and hit two trees, trapping the driver, 19 year old Andrew Gabbard and his passenger, 18 year old Alexandra Hernandez.
Gabbard is currently listed in serious but stable condition.
Hernandez in critical condition.
