Students and staff at Penn High School are showing support for the Sandy Hook Elementary School Community.
They held what's called a "One Minute Miracle" today.
For one minute each classroom tried to collect as much money as possible..
When they counted it all up..they were blown away by the student body's generosity.
One student said,"We're so happy and so proud of our school and students and for everyone. We did not expect to raise this much money. It's a great thing."
The one minute miracle raised more than three thousand dollars.
Now the students are challenging Mishawaka and St. Joe High Schools to match the amount.
