Pedestrian In Serious Condition After Car Accident

Cass County Sheriff's Office is investigating a car accident that sent one woman to the hospital, Monday night. It happened at 6:30 P.M. on Monday night.

68-year-old Franklin Strawser hit 42-year-old Lori Wilkes as she was walking on U.S. 12. Wilkes was taken to the hospital and is listed in stable condition. Officials do not believe alcohol played a factor in the accident.
