Many shoppers didn't let today's snow stand in the way of getting to stores!
We caught up with some shoppers at Concord Mall in Elkhart.
Some were exchanging gifts that were just the wrong size or the wrong color.
Others were taking advantage of the After-Christmas bargains.
Economists say holiday sales nationwide have been sluggish.
And retailers are trying to lure you with deep discounts to try and salvage the season.
Amy Hines says, "We like going out and just shopping around," said holiday shopper Amy Hines. "There's a lot of good sales right now. The Christmas Jewelry is 75-percent off!"
"The most I've seen is 70-percent off which is great," said bargain shopper Becky Repaich.
Bargain shopper Michelle Hines said, "We had bought a hoodie for a friend of the family and it was too small so we had to take it back and in the process we keep seeing all these sales, got a bunch of earrings for me and my mom."
According to Mastercard's spending pulse report - retail sales rose a mere point seven percent.
That's the worst holiday sales growth since the 2008 recession.
