Ice carving comes to Shipshewana

If ice sculptures are your thing you may want to visit Shipshewana.

Thats because the annual ice festival will be taking place this weekend.

Organizers expect 10,000 people to visit the festival that features works of art made of ice.

Festival planners say its a great opportunity to showcase their town.

"We started up about five years ago, we just started small with carvings all around town, and it just kept growing every year," says Levi King an organizer.

Other events include a chili cook-off that takes place on Saturday.
