What is a new years celebration without a little bubbly?
Champagne is a staple of new years parties and celebrations.
Experts say the only true champagne is from France, many of the knock offs you see in grocery stores are actually sparkling wine.
They also say you are better off buying champagne at a liquor store.
"Do not go to a grocery store, your gonna stand there and nobody is gonna know anything about the wines, the guys at the liquor store can usually direct you and set you on a path thats gonna be good," says Ron Montandon of Beiger Mansion.
They also say to chill the champagne for better taste.
