Two arrested in Benton Harbor armed robbery

Two men are in custody suspected of robbing two people at gun point on New Year's Eve. Benton Harbor Police say the robbery happened at The Captains Table on Riverview Drive.

Two men reportedly robbed a man and woman of an undisclosed amount of money and then ran off. Township and State police found the suspects a short time later. A search of the area found two Air Soft BB Guns, a ski mask, and crack cocaine.

The two men, 29-year-old Everette Cain Jr. and 18-year-old Jamal Evans are currently being held in the Berrien County Jail on two counts of Armed Robbery and two counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
