Blotter: Brooke Bleile, 31 years of age, 912 S. 15th st, Goshen, was found to be operating a motor vehicle while a habitual traffic
violator after being stopped for disregarding a stop sign. Brooke was incarcerated at the ECSD Jail and cited for disregarding a
stop sign also.
