Some good news for drivers...lower gas prices.
Average retail gas prices in Michiana have come down about 10 cents in the past week.
The average price for a gallon of gas now sits at $3.21.
Drivers say its about time they got some relief.
"It enables us to travel more, like we travel a lot, so we try to do a whole lot of traveling in one trip so we can get everything handled in that area or where ever we're going," says Nancy Ludden a local resident.
The national average for a gallon of gas is a little higher at $3.26.
