Many Michiana students will be up late watching the game Monday.
At Saint Joseph High School, they have a block schedule that allows students to start class late once a week. Usually they start late on Wednesday, but because of Monday's big game, the schedule was switched around allowing students to arrive to school an hour late Tuesday.
"I would imagine that most of the students, faculty and staff will be watching the game. And it just worked out and it will be nice to arrive just a little bit later," says Saint Joseph High School principal, Susan Richter.
Students at Marian High School are still expected to be at school on time.
"They'll be watching the game I'm sure. The game will probably end at midnight or 12:30 and we're starting at regular time," says Carl Loesch, Marian High School principal.
They say they are anticipating tardy students and those students won't be excused if late.
