On 1/3/2013, at approximately 11:07am Chancie Stewart, 33 of 28751 Lyric Lane, Elkhart was taken to the hospital with
complaint of dizziness and memory loss. The incident is under investigation.

Nature of Call: Leaving The Scene Of Acccident
Blotter:
On 1/6/2013 at 11:18am, Gary Stanley, 42, 22487 SR 120, reported a blue Ford Escort drove off the roadway and struck his
mailbox. Gary Stanley then reported the vehicle left the scene without reporting the damage. The vehicle was stopped by
Elkhart County Sheriff Deputies. Dixie Creswell, 39, was cited for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and driving
with no insurance. A passenger, Bradley Poe, 19, was also found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana. Bradley Poe was
cited into court for possession of synthetic marijuana.
