Fans were on campus Tuesday to greet the Fighting Irish as they returned home.
Some of the players stopped to take pictures with the kids.
FOX 28's Adam Shear was there to ask the young fans about their Irish Pride.
Adam asks, "You know you just got your picture taken with Zeke Motta, how cool was that for you? A young fan says, 'That was pretty awesome!'"
And while they may not be National Champions, they were real heroes when they signed a ball for these kids.
