The former South Bend bus driver found guilty of having a sexual relationship with a student won't learn how long she'll spend in jail until 2014.
Over the state's objections, the judge deferred entering a judgement of conviction and sentencing for former South Bend schools bus driver, Monisha Simpson for a year.
Simpson was found guilty of having a sexual relationship with a male student, who was 16 at the time, in September.
Her sentencing is now set for January 10th, 2014. Simpson is out on bond.
