With all the mild weather we've been having lately, it's tough to get back in the swing of driving in wintry conditions.
Two Elkhart County drivers ended up in the hospital Sunday after police say one of them was driving too fast for the conditions.
It happened around 4:30pm on County Road 18 between County Roads 17 and 19.
Police say a driver lost traction and crossed the center line.
That's when another car headed the opposite direction, crashed into him.
The driver who first lost control, broke both his legs.
The other driver went to the hospital for head and neck pain.
