The Presidential inauguration in Washington D.C. is coming up and a group from Michiana will be there to march in the parade.
The Culver Academies Black Horse Troop and Equestriennes will be the largest horse unit at the Presidential Inaugural Parade.
Sunday they practiced for the big event by riding through the streets of Culver.
They've been excited ever since getting the invite to the big parade in December.
"I felt unlike anything I can ever feel like. It's like figuring out it's your birthday tomorrow. It's something unlike anything else," says Paul Foersch with Black Horse Troop.
Eighty-two students and 90 horses from Culver Academies are headed to the Inaugural Parade and for many of the students it'll be their first time riding in the event.
"It's been a dream of mine since Freshman year so I'm so excited and just seeing the president will be great and being able to wave at him," says Eleanor Logue with Equestriennes.
Culver Academies has been to the Presidential Inaugural Parade before.
This year is actually the 100th Anniversary of the first time the Culver Academies Black Horse Troop and Equestriennes were in the Parade.
