Blotter: Stephany Celis, 19 years old, 1004 Lantern Lane, Goshen was arrested for driving while never licensed after being
involved in a traffic crash in the 800 block of Beaver Lane. Celis was also cited for driving with false and fic plates and not having
insurance. Celis was released with a court date for Goshen City Court.
