Blotter: Officers were called to 1225 Greencroft Dr to an 88 yoa female that was non-responsive. Upon arrival of police and
Goshen medics, it was determined that Sylvia Martin, 88 YOA had passed away. It was learned that Sylvia had heart problems
and the on-call doctor for Greencroft stated he would be signing her death certificate.

Blotter; Officers were dispatched to 2309 Lincolnway East at Comfort Inn reference Intimidation. Officers met with an employee
there who stated a treatening phone call was received. A short time later officers were dispatched to 1415 Lincolnway East at
Holiday Inn Express reference a suspicious phone call. An employee there also reported getting a phone call that was
threatening in nature. A report was taken and extra patrol was requested for both locations .
