It may become a lot easier to get answers from the city of South Bend.
Thats because the city is working to create a centralized call center called 311.
The idea behind the 311 is to be a one stop shop for all city related services.
"If your a citizen and you need something done whether its a water issue or streets concern or where you can park, you shouldn't have to guess who to get in touch with," says Mayor Pete Buttigieg.
No date has been set for when the 311 center will go live.
