The temperatures are going to be low this week and if you have to be out, there's a few things you may want to keep in mind.
Doctors say that when it's so cold, take extra care of yourself. This means stay hydrated and eat well. They also recommend that you wear lots of layers.
"If you're going to be out and you're not dressed appropriately for it, or your body doesn't have enough food, of you haven't drank enough fluids into your system, then you're setting yourself up for cold injuries," says pediatrician at Ireland Road Medical Group, Ruchita Kachru.
She says those cold injuries could be damaged skin cells or even frostbite.
