With this morning's inauguration ceremony..
Questions are swirling around what President Obama will do during this term.
The president spoke about many issues including climate change, gun control and immigration in speech.
We spoke with a political communication professor at Saint Mary's College Professor Dr. Michael Kramer about the speech.
"It seemed much more focused on the future and talking about unity than many second inaugurals which spend time looking back at the first term accomplishments," said Assistant Professor of Communication Studies Dr. Michael Kramer.
Dr. Kramer did mention there was one unprecedented topic discussed--gay rights.
Now he says the big question is... how will the Commander in Chief work with Republicans in Congress.
