Blotter: Maria Rosas, 52 yoa of Goshen reported to police ongoing domestic incidents with her husband. Maria stated that no
battery occured, she only wanted to talk about issues with her marriage. This officer suggested numerous times counseling for
the couple. There were no injuries to either party, report taken.

Blotter: Officers were called out to Kohl's Department Store at 3802 Midway Rd in reference to a shoplifter. Officers arrived to
investigate and Emily Weade, 26 yoa, of Granger was arrested for Theft after taking merchandise out of the store and failing to
pay for that merchandise. Ms. Weade was transported to the Elkhart County Jail.
