Over 200 students from kindergarten to eighth grade displayed their science projects Saturday at a science fair at Elkhart Memorial High School. They were showing off everything from volcanoes to electricity. Maverick Tennant told us about his soggy cereal experiment. He learned Chex gets soggy faster than other cereals. "The inside is hollow so that allows the milk to get inside the cereal faster than the kix," said Tennant.
The students competed in 12 categories. First, second, and third place ribbons were given out in all categories.
